Former Students: 

• If you have transferred to/or graduated from another school district, all your records will be located at the last school you attended. 

 

To request transcripts please contact the Woodburn School District office at 503-981-9555. 

• Although we make every attempt to do these as soon as possible, please allow 5 days for processing.
