New Student Registration
To begin registration, please click the button below and complete the pre-registration form. Once we receive the completed online pre-registration form, we will contact you for an in-person appointment.
Please bring the following documents with you to registration:
- Proof of residency (see below)
- Birth Certificate or legal proof of age (passport, hospital record)
- Record of Immunizations
- Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts
- Transcript (High School students only)

To Register for Kindergarten, your student must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st.
To begin enrollment, please complete the pre-registration form below.
Returning Student Registration
If students are returning within the same school year AND they have been absent for ten (10) or more days, you do not need to return to the Welcome Center or fill out the pre-registration form. Please contact your school office directly, and the secretary there will be able to help you.
Please be sure to inform your school office if any of your information has changed, including:
- Address
- Phone Number
- Emergency Contact Information
- Pick-up Information
If the student moved to another district and are coming back, OR if they attended Woodburn Schools last year and are now re-enrolling for this year, please re-enroll them at the Welcome Center.
Proof of Residency
All new and returning students must show proof of residency. Proof of residency includes:
- Driver’s License
- Utility bill
- Rental contract/Lease
- Mortgage
