Separate School or Program

A separate school that serves only students with disabilities. There are rare occasions where the school district programs do not meet the individualized needs of a student. In these cases, the district will seek options such as Oregon School for the Deaf, Regional Behavior Intervention Program (Oasis), or other school/program to meet the individualized need. There is often no general education setting or non-disabled peers.
