Insurance Open Enrollment for 2022-2023
Mandatory (required) Open Enrollment period begins August 15th and ends September 10th, 2022. That means every OEBB-eligible member must log into the MyOEBB system and re-enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision plans in order to have coverage for the 2022-2023 plan year. Except for the change of status or qualifying events, the staff is only allowed to make changes to their current insurance plans by September 10th of the current year. These changes will be effective on October 1st, with changes to deductions occurring on your September paycheck.

OEBB Employee Assistant Program
Open Enrollment Dates (Flexible Spending & Dependent Care) Section 125 Flexible Spending and Dependent Care accounts run from January 1 to December 31, with deductions for the plan year coming out of your January paycheck. Staff will need to enroll every year if they wish to continue participating in these offerings or if they have not participated in the past. Representatives from American Fidelity will be available at virtual meetings during November and the first part of December for sign-ups. Enrollments are due in the Business Office no later than December 10. Except for qualifying events, the staff is not allowed to make changes to their plans once they have enrolled for the current plan year.
