Mission Statement

The promise of the Woodburn After School Club is to enrich, inspire and motivate all students during out-of-school time through a safe, inclusive environment that supports academics and provides opportunities not available during the regular school day.


Vision Statement

Woodburn After School Club provides a nurturing, active, and welcome environment that promotes leadership, creativity, and exciting opportunities for out-of-school learning!


Goals for 2021-2022

  • After School Club will collaborate with the regular school day to ensure the academic and behavioral progress of all students through regular communication, partnerships, intervention programs and youth centered activities.
  • After School Club will focus on (1) recruitment and retention of talented, qualified staff and (2) the development and deployment of innovative and engaging educational programs in order to improve program quality.
