In summary, to read your comment in person at a School Board Meeting, please fill out an Intent to Speak card and submit it to the Board Secretary at the Board Meeting prior to the start of the meeting. If you would like to read your comment via Zoom, please submit your Intent to Speak card digitally by 5:00 pm the day of the meeting or 45 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.  by emailing it to j.marquez@woodburnsd.org or by calling 503-981-2701. Thank you.

    • The Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 will begin in open meeting at 5:45 pm to adopt the agenda, do the Pledge of Allegiance and address any Public Comment. At approximately 6:00 the Board will be in Executive Session (closed meeting). The Regular Meeting will resume in open session at approximately 8:00 pm.
