Woodburn School District Sports Physical Night

The Woodburn High School Athletic Department will be hosting a sports physical night for all middle and high school student athletes. This is for all incoming freshman and other athletes needing an updated physical. Sports registration forms will be available at the event. Please make sure to bring your insurance information and your parent/guardian to sign the registration.
