The Talented and Gifted (TAG) program serves students with special educational needs who have scored at or above (or have the potential to score at or above) the 97th percentile on an academic or intellectual assessment. These students require differentiated instruction in order to help them maximize their potential.
TAG students require differentiated instruction in order to help them maximize their potential. Such differentiation may include in-class, pull-out, acceleration, curriculum compacting, grade-skipping, and other appropriate forms of targeted instruction as needed.

Each school campus is allocated one staff member, known as the TAG coordinator, to seek out, identify, and provide services for talented and gifted students. This TAG coordinator provides testing, gathers data, and keeps program records for all TAG students which follow them throughout their academic career.
