The Woodburn School District is looking to fill three vacancies on its Budget Committee. Applications are currently being accepted.
Budget Committee members will meet to review the proposed 2018-19 budget presented by staff, make additions or deletions, and recommend a final draft to the Woodburn School Board for final approval. The committee will meet bi-weekly starting in April and is scheduled to meet three times.
Interviews for the open positions will be held in March during a School Board Meeting. The Board of Directors will then appoint selected interviewees to the open positions.
If you would like to serve in this capacity, it is required that you have lived in the district at least 12 months prior to appointment, not be an officer or employee of the district, and be a registered voter.
